Refund policy

Items purchased from Hiveminds can in most cases be returned within 30 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products, as you would do in a physical store. If you want to return a product, it must be
be in the same condition as upon receipt, without any damage. You can take out products, remove the packaging, unless the packaging is sealed.


If you choose to return products, we ask you to notify us in advance, complete the return form on our website or use the withdrawal model below. You can also inform us by sending an email to: mothership@hiveminds.be. Please note that you must return products within 30 days of informing us.


Processing of your return:
After we have received your return shipment, we will start assessing the return, returned items and the processing of your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise desirable. The amount will be refunded within 30 days. The shipping costs for the return shipping will be at our expense.
