Store pickups are only possible if they have been selected and approved. We reserve the right to deny any service to anyone who shows up without notification.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We do not offer local delivery at the moment. All our deliverys are handeld by our delivery company.

Orders are deliverd as soon as possible. This may take a few days since we produce on demand. All delivery times can be found on the bottom off this text. These times are an estimate. The actual delivery times may differ, but they should serve as a clear guideline.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to all EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 

We do not serve to any other countries at the moment. We are working on making as many countries available as possible. We just try to make our costumer experience the best it can be. This means if we suspect that our products will have trouble with taxes and customs. We chose not to deliver to your country. As soon as we are able to make sure this process will go without any troubles, your country will be added to the list.

While we try to make sure there are no hidden cost. It can stil happen that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hiveminds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount including the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mothership@hiveminds.be with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
